1. Digital Product Delivery
All our products, including eBooks, templates, digital guides, and related publishing resources, are delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the download link or access instructions.
In most cases, delivery is instantaneous. However, please allow up to 1 hour for delivery due to occasional email delays or system processing.
2. Custom Orders or Pre-Orders
If you’ve purchased a customized product (e.g., custom book formatting, personalized marketing material) or a pre-order, fulfillment times may vary.
Estimated delivery timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page and at checkout.
Custom digital products are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
3. Issues with Delivery
If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe:

4. Refunds & Cancellations
